Email Extractor 360

Email Extractor 360 helps you extract and review email addresses from Outlook, PST, IMAP, EML and MSG sources on Windows. Choose folders or files, apply filters, and inspect unique or repeated addresses with message context. Licensed users can export reviewed address data to XLSX, CSV or TXT and save supported attachments locally. Mailbox content is processed on your PC; IMAP connects directly to your provider. Evaluation mode supports extraction and review; exporting lists and saving attachment files require an active license. Outlook-profile and PST sources require classic Microsoft Outlook for Windows, with PST archives opened in Outlook. Local EML and MSG sources do not require Outlook. This release does not offer direct PST/OST parsing or whole-message export. The download is a Microsoft Store installer launcher, not a standalone offline installer. Use only mailboxes and files you are authorized to access.
