Qingjian Video Editor
Qingjian Video Editor helps you turn several local clips into a complete movie. Import videos, remove unwanted clips, rearrange their order, and choose the retained start and end of each clip. Preview playback, pause it, and move the timeline playhead to locate a moment. Add manual subtitles with text, timing and style controls. Add background music and adjust music and original-audio volume. Export the assembled movie with 720p or 1080p settings. Available output formats depend on the device's encoders. The interface follows the device language by default and also offers manual selection: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Vietnamese. Windows 1.5.0 is a portable single-file application for 64-bit Windows 10/11. No installation is required. Video, music and subtitle processing takes place locally. Internet access is required for activation, license validation and export authorization checks. The download is free, with one 24-hour trial per device. Paid codes are bound to one device and start on first activation. Plans: 7 days CNY 3, 30 days CNY 5, or 365 days CNY 30. Prices are in Chinese yuan; current purchase options are listed on the official website. Subtitles are entered manually; speech recognition and automatic captions are not included. Export the movie before closing: project autosave is not available. The Windows binary currently does not have a commercial code-signing certificate.
