Dmitry Vengerovsky catalogue of postage stamps

`Dmitry Vengerovsky catalog` will enable stamp collectors to gather and put in catalogues post stamps of the USSR dedicated to nature issues. Program has English and Russian interface and database; general theme - nature is subdivided into several sections; every stamp has a color illustration; stamps are shown individually or by sets; a detailed description of every stamp is stored in the database. Stamps are referenced by `Scott`, `Michel` etc.
