Being a parents is the toughest job you'll ever love!I know that I love being a Mom however i also know how tough it really is. I am comforted in understanding that I'm not alone challenged by this role (certainly each parent I've ever talked to has questions and concerns) and I'm always seeking more details to help me be described as a better parent.One concept that basically helped me define my own parenting style involves identifying both key
