VintaSoftAnnotation.NET is a developer tool that allows to annotate TIFF and JPEG files: create, process, delete, save or load from XML, TIFF or JPEG file, merge annotations with image etc. Supported annotation types: rectangle, ellipse, image, text, stamp, polygon, link... It allows a create custom annotations. Individual annotation features: moving, resizing, rotating, mirroring, change background color, set transparency, add or remove border.
