100 Hitori Puzzles

100 different Hitori puzzles in different sizes from 5x5 to 10x10. The puzzles may be freely distributed or used for publication. Hitori is another Japanese logic puzzle. It is played on a grid of squares, each square contains a number. Some numbers in a row or a column are duplicated. The goal is to locate these duplicates and mark them so that there are no duplicate numbers left.
