MP3Coder is the powerful full-featured WAV-to-MP3 encoder. The program allows MPEG1 and MPEG2 formats all constant and variable bitrates(8-320 bps). It possible to use ID3v1 tag editor and flexible system for setting the name of mp3 file. There are Presets for those who don't want to understand subtleties of MP3 formats.
