MP3 WaveBuilder

MP3 WaveBuilder is a program that integrate itself into Windows shell. So you are able to convert MP3 files to wave or vice versa by selecting Decode to WAVE or Compress to MP3 from Windows shell popup menu. Most of the CD burning programs can burn directly from MP3 files. It is handy to use MP3 WaveBuilder to provide decoded wave files for these programs.
