This is a toolbar to enhance your search experience at Amazon.com. It's similar to the Firefoxs extensions albeit more advanced optionwise. Amazon Toolbar even contains a currency convertor. Other features include complete drop down categories with all Amazon.com stores, search by keyword and category, access to the shopping cart and wishlist, login page and your account page.
