Notify When Files Change Software

This software offers a solution to users who want to be notified if files are changed. You can load one or multiple files into the list of files to be monitored. Changes can be found by monitoring the modified date of a file or the size of a file. This application sits in the system tray, at the bottom right corner of the screen.
