PCLTool SDK is an industry exclusive dynamic link library (.DLL) that converts PCL to PDF, PNG, DIB, PCX, DCX, BMP, XPS, TIF, GDI, WMF and EMF. This latest release from PageTech is compatible on all Windows 8 environments and includes built-in access to Digital Postal Mail Services, Hybrid Mail Services and programing functions for the generation and insertion of Intelligent Mail barcodes or QR codes into legacy PCL files.
