Excel Add Data, Text & Characters To All Cells Sof

Add text to beginning, end or inside of a block of selected cells in MS Excel. Add text by position or before/after surrounding character(s). Also, add blank spaces to ends of cells to make entire columns a fixed width. Excel 2000 or higher required.
