Netwrix Group Policy Change Reporter is a free tool that audits and reports the changes made to Active Directory and delivers detailed information on a daily basis. The report lists who changed what with previous and current values for each setting, for example, you can detect who changed audit policy settings, software deployment, desktop lockdown and all other settings. The tool has two editions: freeware and commercial.
