File Security Manager Tool

The program allows you to set and modify file or folder permissions (assign and edit access rights), display, create or delete shared folders, take ownership of a file or folder in Windows XP Home. For example, a certain file can be permitted to be read by some user but not permitted to write to file. You can quickly and easily allow or deny access to files or shares, lock and unlock files, folders or even entire drive using native NTFS security.
