MP3 VBR To CBR Converter Software

This software offers a solution to users who want to convert one or more MP3 VBR (variable bit rate) audio files into CBR (constant bit rate) format. The user chooses the file/s or an entire folder to be processed and the bit rate for the output is selected from a drop down menu before starting the conversion. The possible kilobits per second are from 8 kbps to 320 kbps.
