Drag and Drop ToolTip Component

This component creates a ToolTip which can contain a text field, library item, a DisplayObject on the stage, an external .swf, or an external image (.gif, .jpg, .png). Accessible through AS3 or Components Panel/ Illumif. One click install via .mxp file and the Adobe Extention Manager. Component Inspector configuration.
