PLT Viewer features: export to pdf file format feature allows such operations as to view the edited PLT files, mark up,print and convert HPGL files! PLT Viewer supports special tools set for managing CAD files: work with a selected part of drawing, a Redline mode allows editing, creating and saving markups that are overlaid on the opened CAD file. You can convert images to TIFF, BMP, JPEG, GIF and PCX formats.
