Smart Ad-Wrapper

Smart Ad-Wrapper is AdWords utility that allows wrapping adwords, dynamically increase bids, change URLs and Bids for specific keywords and more. Smart Ad-Wrapper wraps keyword phrases in "quotation marks" (phrase match) and [square brackets] (exact match) for use in Google AdWords campaigns. At the same time keywords are wrapped, they are also changed to lowercase with duplicate and blank lines removed, and then sorted in character code order.
