Batch Image Commander

Batch Image Commander is a batch image processor made for command line operation and as a System Tray Icon application for timer based operation. Batch Image Commander allows you to create thumbnails, add text captions, rotate images, resize images, add prefix and suffixs, save as jpeg,jpeg 2000, tiff, png, bmp and gif, convert images to grayscale and negative images, change jpeg quality, smoothing ratio and DPI.
